Coach Erinn
(she/her)
I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist via the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach via the Girls Gone Strong Academy.
I use a science-backed and experience driven approach to help people unlock their potential.
My coaching style and programming is highly inspired by my time as a Division I basketball player at Virginia Tech and my time as an intern in the Olympic weight room at UNC-Chapel Hill.
In high school, I was lucky enough to be in an all girls strength and conditioning class. We had girls of all different backgrounds, and while many were athletes, some had never touched a dumbbell before. Each one of us had our own reason for being there and most of us would probably never interact outside of this class if given the choice, but that is the magic of the weight room. By the end of the year, each girl was not only physically stronger, but had built the confidence to be proud of that strength.
This was my first experience witnessing and being part of girls celebrating girls for being strong and working hard to become stronger. I believe that lifting weights is a physical manifestation and a celebration of the strength that we all inherently possess and magic happens when we are able to tap into that power.
