


May: Intermediate/Advanced Full Body Strength Small Group
Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15pm for 1 hour of strength training focusing on full body strength, core and building a strong foundation. There will be a total of 8 sessions from May 5-May 28 plus bonus lift opportunities at no additional fee. We will emphasize deadlifts/hip hinge pattern and chest press in May 2025.
This group is designed for those who have some to several years of experience lifting. We will touch on the basics and then get right into lifting heavier and progressing.
