


May: Beginner/Intermediate Full Body Strength Small Group
Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:15pm for 1 hour of strength training focusing on full body strength, core and building a strong foundation. There will be a total of 8 sessions from May 5-May 28 plus bonus lift opportunities at no additional fee. We will emphasize deadlifts/hip hinge pattern and chest press in May 2025.
